Teens can play too!! Our YOGAPL3Y Teen program focuses on building confidence, relaxing the body, activating mind-body awareness, practicing acceptance and learning about body anatomy. Activities build connections and offer individualized choice to help teens gain the skills to have healthy autonomous relationships with themselves and others in this important developmental phase of life. As with all our PL3Y-based programs, we use positive and playful interACTIVE activities to teach teens basic yoga principals while developing physical literacy and boosting mental health.
